Quarter 2 - Coordination & Balance + Gymnastics Clinic

Our small group training programs are carefully designed with progress in mind. All group classes are put together with a quarterly theme complemented with mobility work, bodyweight strength, and fascia releasing techniques to make each class a way to learn about your body, gain independence in your goals and development, while enjoying a supportive and personable setting!

Our programs cover skill development and conditioning for the purpose of long term and sustainable results, with a whole lot of fun!

NB: Handstands & Fascia Bodywork will be covered in EVERY class!

Improve your Coordination & Balance with rail balancing, single leg balance, tennis ball drills to refine your reflexes in a fun and effective way, and tea cups patterns - also known as the Figure of 8 System - among other things

Learn some of the fundamentals of Gymnastics Rings work: we will cover the German Hang, Skin the Cat, False Grip, Shoulder mobility patterns, Forward roll, Pelican Pushups, Muscle up basics, Houdinis, and the Meat hook!

Term: Each block of classes is 12 weeks long with 3 x Thursdays (sessions) per month.
