We specialise in hand balancing, free weights, mobility, and bodyweight training but use many other great training tools for training variety!

Jessica’s unique coaching style combines physical exercise with manual therapy and a ‘hands-on’ approach to cues and adjustments. This provides for a personable experience and brings accuracy and precision to corrective exercise.

EXPERT GUIDANCE

As your Personal Trainer, Jessica has passed a Diploma in Exercise Therapy and Rehabilitation, as well as ongoing professional development with the CHEK Institute, Poliquin Group, and eventuated a senior position at Power& Posture until 2020. In the field of physical therapy Jessica has completed a competency based internship at Optimum Muscular Health | Myotherapy Melbourne.

Jessica spends the time necessary to teach all her clients how to move effectively, be connected and present in the body, and train with load safely while training in the studio and on their own. Our training method has huge carry over to everyday tasks and general physical preparedness.
