The intention is to support you to connect with yourself through holistic movement practice, somatic embodiment, and intuitive painting. To experience the energies of joy and heart whilst restoring your body mind connection, bring your presence to the possibilities and resources that exist within you, and create platform to rediscover your sense of direction and drive towards life and conscious manifestation.
