This is multi skilled training program that specialises in bodyweight strength / arm balancing / martial arts principles for self development / total body conditioning, and spinal freedom & mobility. Each program ensures you get exposed to new and empowering content, transforming regular exercise into a rewarding [M]ovement practice.

The program focuses strongly on a training system that focuses on aligning body, mind, and emotions for a development of your whole being. We do this because we are never just our mind, our feelings, or our bodies. All parts are always involved in our everyday experience, and we want to adapt and become stronger on all aspects of self. This is when, a simple exercise regiment transforms into skill set that enhances ALL aspects of life, and becomes more than just weekly training.

This is Jagiroha® Personal Training in a group setting!    Semi-Private Personal Training works in a dedicated small group of no more than 6 students per class. This way your practice will be carefully developed over 4-6 weeks with un-compromised individual attention.
